Shipping

Q: Do you ship overseas?

No; however, we are working very hard to ship around the world. If you email us we can work with you on shipping product worldwide on a case-by-case basis! Shipping and handling costs will apply. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

Q: How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here usually ship the following business day, if not the same day! Standard delivery time is 5-7 business days. All products besides our spray sunscreens can be expedited at checkout for faster delivery options. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Q: What shipping carriers do you use?

We use both USPS and UPS carriers. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Q: Can I return my product?

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly at info@aloeup.com or call us at 952-933-7724 and we’ll walk you through the process.

Q: Can I get my product personalized?

Yes! We offer customization on a few of our products. All options are outlined on the custom products page, so look out for customization options there.
